- These terms and conditions shall govern your use of our website, https://backstagesalon.uk/ (the “Website”), social media pages including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other platforms maintained by the Company from time to time (the “Social Media”), and any booking made via the Website, by phone, or in person at our salon (a “Booking”), and the terms relating to all beauty services provided by us (the “Services”).
- The term “we” means Backstage Salon Limited, the owner and operator of the Website, whose registered office is at 335–337 Kings Road, London SW3 5ET, company number 08592968 (“us” and “our”).
- The term “you” refers to any user, client, or person making a Booking or receiving Services.
- By using our Website, Social Media or making a Booking, you agree to these Terms.
- Bookings made via our Website, phone or in person are governed by these Terms.
- You must be at least 16 years of age to make a Booking.
All content on our Website and Social Media (including branding, images, text and design) is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.
You may view and print content for personal use only.
You must not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any content without consent.
You must not:

- engage in unlawful or harmful activity
- attempt to extract or copy data
All information you provide must be accurate.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings.
- The remaining balance is payable after the appointment.
- By booking, you authorise us to:

- charge deposits
- charge remaining balances
- charge cancellation and no-show fees
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Booking.
- Clients must arrive on time.
- A 10-minute grace period applies.
- If you arrive later than 10 minutes:

- your Service may be reduced or cancelled
- full payment will still apply
- Flexible Arrival Option
We offer paid flexibility:

- 30 minutes – £30
- 60 minutes – £60

This fee is non-refundable.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours): 100% charge
- No-show: 100% charge
- We reserve the right to charge stored card details.
- Valid for 12 months
- Non-refundable
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Can be used for Services and retail
- Refunds
We operate a strict no refund policy, except where incorrect billing has occurred.
- Corrections
We may offer corrections depending on the Service:
- Eligible services:

- Hair, nails and beauty services → up to 14 days
- Excluded services:

- Blow dry
- Updos
- Braids
- All makeup services
These must be:
- checked before leaving
- corrected on the same day only
We do not redo these services after the client leaves.
- Corrections:

- apply to quality issues only
- do not apply to change of mind, colour or style changes
- All corrections are subject to management discretion.
- You must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or treatments.
- Failure to disclose may result in:

- refusal of service
- full charge
- We are not liable for adverse reactions due to non-disclosure.
- Patch Tests
Required for:
- hair colouring
- lash lifts
- advanced beauty treatments
Failure to complete patch testing may result in cancellation with full charge.
- We may refuse or stop service if:

- it may affect your health
- you are intoxicated
- you are aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate
- In such cases:

- the service will be stopped
- full charge applies
- No smoking in salon.
- Clients must behave respectfully.
- We are not responsible for personal belongings.
- Children Policy

- Under 7: not permitted
- 7–16: must attend with parent/guardian
- Service Model
We operate a parallel service system, and timing may vary.
- Additional Charges
Extra charges may apply for:

- long/thick hair
- extensions
- extra time or product usage
- All sales are final
- No returns or exchanges
- Exception: faulty or expired products only
We are not liable for:
- undisclosed medical conditions
- allergic reactions due to non-disclosure
- loss of personal belongings
Liability is limited to the value of the service.
- We are not responsible for delays or cancellations beyond our control.
- We may update these Terms at any time.
- These Terms are governed by English law.
- Disputes fall under UK courts.
